We try our hand at something new and interesting every month.
All art and paper supplies are provided to you by The Niagara Artist Studio. Just
bring your calligraphy pens.
September: Share, practice, and renew your skill
October: Create an Illuminated Letter with paints, pencils, ink, gel pens... up to
your imagination
November: Get ready for the Holidays, paint greeting cards
December: Greeting card writing and exchange. This meeting will be held before
Christmas.
January: Illuminate a manuscript
February: Write a love letter, or poetry with pen and ink, the old old old way
March: Create a monogram
April: Try your hand at Celtic Knots
May: Illuminate a manuscript for a fellow scribe
June: Year end Brush Lettering party and illuminated manuscript exchange

To join The Golden Letter Calligraphy Guild
- Have your invitation
- Know at least one calligraphy hand (important but not essential)
- Send your registration
- Submit $50 annual fee (includes themed monthly meetings, art and paper supplies, unlimited
cheer)
- Show up to have fun and try new things
